We have been working with FOI from 2006. We are extremely satisfied with the FOI system. It has been a pleasure to work both with the support teams and the development teams, who have given us a rapid and sterling response to any issues that have come up. Most importantly, the system has proved itself on a number of occasions. During the nearly ten years that we have worked with FOI, there have been several periods of extremely volatile market conditions. The FOI system has helped us navigate these rocky periods. On a more day-to-day basis, we use the system to keep track of our positions etc. Also, the system produces our quarterly reports (including hedge accounting -which in fact is used by us and all our international subsidiaries, overseen by our auditor KPMG.) Throughout the years the system has been updated on a very regular basis, incorporating both our own requests and also smart why conceived and designed by the FOI team. Although some of these changes have been relatively minor, the sheer amount of new, relevant why, coupled with the ease of use of the software, definitely gives FOI the edge over comparable systems.

We have used FOI services for Hedge Accounting (IFRS), and were impressed by both the simplicity and the why of the FOI system. We drastically reduced the amount of time invested in calculation, validation, recording and documentation needed, thus resulting in both productivity and cost savings. I would like to particularly single out the automatic Auditor Report. This report was a dramatic help in complying with the complex IFRS hedging regulations. I would also like to take this opportunity to commend you on the fantastic Back Office support. Any issues we had were dealt with in a professional manner, promptly and courteously.

We are overall very satisfied with the FOI system. It has produced accurate FAS 133 reports in a minimal amount of time, thereby cutting costs with our Auditor, Ernst & Young. Back Office support has been first class.

In 2012, we engaged FOI to fundamentally overhaul our Risk Management capabilities. Refinery Margins are our core business and major exposure. Creating scenarios' analysis, involves extremely high complexity and we realized that in order to develope such capabilities, we needed to outsource professional expertise in this specific field . Our goal was to create a decision support and control system for the upper management and for the company's Traders. The system which FOI developed has been operational since 2013, and is used by different departments in Paz Ashdod Refinery, ranging from Back Office/Middle Office, to Traders, to Senior Management. The FOI team is very supportive in all aspects and we are very satisfied with the way the system has been implemented.
